Elder Lawrence Abraham Beasley, Sr. is a preacher, intercessor, and visionary leader from Chicago’s West Side. Licensed to preach at age 15 at Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church by Rev. Dr. August Minor, he was later ordained an Elder in the Church of God in Christ in July 2013 by Bishop Willie James Chambliss and Bishop Darrell L. Hines.
A graduate of Culver Academies, he later studied Political Science at Morehouse College. During his time in Atlanta, he served under Bishop Arthur F. Mosley at Cathedral of Faith COGIC, where his passion for global evangelism and missions began. His ministry has since reached internationally, including Haiti and Ghana.
He served as Executive Pastor of Miracle Revival Cathedral COGIC (2022–2024) under Superintendent DeAndre Patterson and now serves as Online Campus Leader for Spirit and Truth Church under Pastor Mark Moore, Jr. He is also the founder of LAB Ministries, an intercessory movement committed to prayer, gatherings, and serving marginalized communities.
